How do I join FlickUp?

Hi there it’s great to see you! If you would like to join in and get your customers doing some advertising for you just click on the sign up button on the FlickUp merchant website and follow the steps!

What fees are there on FlickUp?

We try to keep our fees as low as possible, as such our low fees are only applied when a sale is made through the system. In order to seamlessly integrate FlickUp with your e-commerce system, you can choose to use our API service for which a small fee is applied to cover development and integration costs..

Where is FlickUp available?

For the moment FlickUp is only available in the UK. However we’re looking to take it to new countries soon, so keep checking and we’ll keep you up-to-date. Otherwise follow us on Twitter or Facebook for all the latest news.

How can I receive orders made on FlickUp?

We want to make your life as easy as possible, so we’ve come up with two solutions. 1. Via seamless integration of your e-commerce system with ours, you can receive orders directly onto your system without any effort on your part. The orders will appear on your system like they just came from your own online shop! 2. Via email. Our system will send you an email notification every time an order is generated with all the necessary information.

Can I sell products with alcohol on FlickUp?

Yes, yes and yes! However, to sell any alcohol product you have to ensure your company complies with licensing and advertising laws on alcohol in your country.

What do I need to be able to sell on FlickUp?

In order to be able to sell products on FlickUp you need be able to fulfil orders via post and have a Stripe account. You will also need good quality images of all your products.

What products am I not allowed to sell on FlickUp?

Initially we are looking for products in the food and beverages market, if you are unsure as to whether your product could be put on FlickUp please get in touch. Any products listed on FlickUp must comply with UK law.

Is there a FlickUp website for consumers to view my products?

Currently FlickUp doesn’t have a website version of the app where customers can view, share and buy your products. This is because we like our users sharing your products in a face-to-face environment where they can share their passion for your products!

What payment system is used on FlickUp?

We use Stripe as our payment system due to their high standards of security. Like all other payment systems Stripe charge a rate to both you and us to use their system, this rate should be included in your cost of sales.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment for your goods is instant, our system works hand-in-hand with Stripe to ensure you receive your money as soon as a buyer completes payment.

What if I find my copyrighted image of a product being used by another merchant?

As much as we are not responsible for the content that our merchants upload, we take any copyright infringement very seriously, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Merchant Profile

Where can I add my logo

To add your logo so you can be sure to stand out to your customers, please click on the Profile option under the email address you have used to sign up in the top right hand corner. From there please click on the choose file button next to the subtitle ‘Logo’. JPEG and PDF and should be below 200 kb.

Where can I add/edit my business information (e.g. numbers, email etc.)

To add or change any of your business details please head over to the Profile option under the email address you have used to sign up in the top right hand corner. On this page you will find all of the fields that you can edit or change.

Editing Product Info

Add a product

If you need to add a product manually then head to the Product Listing option on the navigation menu. Below the input fields you will see an + Add Product button, click on this and fill in the relevant fields.

Edit a product (e.g. categories, photos, rewards, description, minimum order etc.)

to edit a product head to the Product Listing option on the navigation menu. Scroll down to the product listing or search for the product you wish to edit. Once you can see the product in the listing simply click on the pencil icon in the “Edit” column, from there you can edit any information you like, simply click through “product details “ 1, 2 or 3 and for stock quantity or to add/edit an image please use the top tool bar.

Delete a product

to delete a product head to the Product Listing option on the navigation menu. Scroll down to the product listing or search for the product you wish to delete. Once you can see the product in the listing simply click on the bin icon in the “Edit” column.

Sales-orders/Buyer

View orders I have received

Click on the Order Listing option on the navigation menu. From this screen you will be able to search for and edit orders. Click on edit order button to view and edit details as well as add notes to the order, simply click on the tabs below the ‘edit order’ title.

Refund the buyer

In order to refund any buyers you will be able to use Stripe or any other systems you currently use.

View buyer address

To view the buyer address you have 3 options. 1. Find the order email you will receive with each order, this will have the address listed. 2. Head over to the Order Listing option on the navigation menu, click on edit order button, and click on shipping info on the tabs below the ‘edit order’ title. 3. Finally you will also be able to view the order via your normal e-commerce system portal.

Shipping

Where can I add shipping options

To add any of your shipping options, please head to the Shipping Method option on the navigation menu. From there simply select a shipping method type, add a description and a price and then click create.

Where can I add the minimum spend for free shipping amount

To add the amount your customers need to buy before reaching your free shipping requirements, please head to the Shipping Method option on the navigation menu. From there simply type in the free shipping amount in the corresponding field. Should you not have a free shipping amount, meaning all of your customers are charged for shipping no matter what they’re spending, please leave the field blank.
